Item Interest
I am selling my 1997 BMW M3 with 48K miles. It has a 5 speed manual transmission. This car is Perfect. Serious buyers only. This car is Show Concourse condition. Truly one of a kind.

I do not want to sell this car since it is a collector’s item however I can only keep one car at this time. This has been my love and passion. This is absolutely the CLEANEST M3 that you will ever see. It has been meticulously taken care of all its life. It is the most desirable color combination for the E36 m3.

A RARE combination. Exterior is Estroil Blue Metallic with Black Napa leather interior. Vader seats.

The paint is as smooth as glass
There are no scratches or door dings
Not more than a rock chip or two that is has been professional touched up.
The interior is showroom pristine
The wheels have no curb rash
The car drives absolutely flawless and very tight.
I get around 28mpg on the highway.

Average mileage is only 4000 miles a year. It is always kept clean in the garage with a car cover over it. You can tell since the car still has the new car shine. This car was regularly detailed with clay bar, wax, leather care, and sealant treatments to ensure the car will remain in perfect condition. The car is started once every 3 weeks to avoid periods of prolonged storage. Otherwise this car is driven to the local coffee shops and downtown on Sunday afternoons. If the car is ever parked in the sun, I always put the car cover over it. There is not even a scratch on the front lip spoiler. Oil changes and services performed regularly. Brakes are in great condition and tires are Michelin Pilot sports with plenty of tread remaining.

This car is for an enthusiast and fan of the E36 M3. I also have a 2001 M3 and I prefer to drive this E36 M3 most of the time because of its amazing balance, direct handling, linear power curve, and lightweight design. engine specifications are a 3.2L inline 6 yielding over 240hp. The car weighs 3,150 pounds, around 400 pounds less than the new m3. These e36 models are known to be of better reliability and less maintenance than newer models. It is truly a sports car at heart, not a luxury injected sport sedan.

It does not get any better than this unless you buy the car straight from the showroom however you will not have the benefits of the following enhancements.
Through much research, time and thousands of dollars invested, the following modifications have been added. Upgrades professionally installed at Gillman Service Performance shop.

Bilstein Shocks
Eibach springs
UUC Front and rear sway bars
Factory X Brace
UUC Strut tower bar
Clifford Alarm system ($3000 was paid for it)
Turner motorsport Short shifter
Cold air intake
Active Autowerks catback exhaust
Wheel locks
Nacamichi head unit, speakers, and IPOD connection
Original Headlights will be put back on the car at sale.
Metal pedals

This car has never been to any race track. All the paint is original and the car has never been in any accidents or fender benders. The pictures cannot show the full beauty of this e36 M3. Come see the car in person and I guarantee that you will not find a M3 in better condition.

Contact me for any further questions or to see the car. I prefer to be reached on my cell phone or by e-mail.
I am located in Newport Beach.

I am asking $21,100 on this forum.

I dropped the price for forum members since this car deserves a pure enthusiast!
I have posted this add on other forums also,
First buyer gets the car

(415) 302-2426

Here is a picture with Blue tape on the front of the car. I usually wrap the front in painters tape if I travel on the highway for more than 30minutes. this helps to keep the car perfect.

Please do not comment on price.
Thanks for looking
