dont get a tattoo,forget that bella,I say sleeve an arm but thats just me.I have a friend who has nautical stars on her pelvic area and it is extremely sexy if the girl has the right body for it(in which you do)
so I say go for it,but keep in mind the smaller you do it the harder it is to see the detail in it as well as it still looking good after a baby or alot of time.either
way we all know you look good but a sleeved arm would drive me crazy.lol
