not sure you want to hear it...but i did the NutriSystem for Men program from last Sept through March and I lost 63lbs...I'm now working out 2x a week, in addition to my normal ice hockey 2x a week, and I run 4miles on Sat and Sun...I added about 10lbs of lean muscle...

Now I eat a pretty low cal diet...keep it to 1600-1800/daily, lots of proteins, low fat, strictly reduce white flours.white sugars or refined stuff...and limit carbs...

Seems to be working great. I went from almost 248lbs and really fat, to 195lbs and avg/athletic build and sports, sleeping, and everything (yes sex included) are much much better.

Good luck with your goals. Stick to it and make small victories, pretty soon you will be where you want to be.
