I've really only run 200TW tires other than a handful of early track days, so I may not be the best one to opine on this, but my general rule for 1st session has been to remove 4psi from factory/street pressure and evaluate from there. I've found my tires work best for my setup with 35psi hot. Assuming with the softer sidewall of the PSS you want to have slightly higher pressure like other have mentioned already.
So with that said, if you assume 6psi increase like others have indicated, you likely only need to drop cold pressures 2psi from their usual inflation level to start.
