Have you visited [url="http://www.wireless4bmw.com[/URL] to make sure your phone is compatible? There are issues with unapproved phones that effect the TCU in the vehicle and corrupt the network access device. If you are using the Iphone and have recently upgraded to the 2.0 firmware, delete the device from the vehicle and the phone and repair the 2 and things should be back to normal. Hope this helps.
