Tranz, if I were you I'd just pick up a bottle of ON whey from bodybuilding.com, mix it with 2% milk (one scoop and 8 oz of milk you'll be at about 35g of protein, much better then that small muscle milk)
Got any links? All the whey protein supplements I see from ABB & ON are only 20g protein.
