We can't really recommend anything except to say continue to work out. Only you can motivate yourself. Find out why you want to workout? What are your goals? What do you want to acheive? Figure those things out and go from there. ...OK here's a reason, summer is upon us, you wanna look good on the beach don't ya?! Well then, get your lazy @$$ to the gym dude!
