BE bearings stands behind their bearings - I would direct you to their website to read up on their guarantee. I'm sure the shop would of measured everything to spec and torqued correctly - the tech there has done a ton of these jobs. Overall the job isn't rocket science, it just takes a certain level of patience and experience with time consuming work.
