Nope. But the other lawfirm knew I wasn't going to spend my time publicizing it, based on who I was (am?).
Of greater significance: eBay was singularly unhelpful to me. However, it did change its practices, making fraud harder for bidders to catch and police
. In other words, eBay went out of its way to allow such practices in the future!
eBay is the fraudster's paradise. Its policies allowing counterfeits is laughable, too. Try to find a pair of Gucci shoes and you will see so many obvious counterfeits it will make your feet spin. When these are reported to eBay, they are ignored, but to teach the reporting party a lesson eBay spams him back.
