I've driven in Saudi and ridden in Egypt before. They do drive fast there. Another thing that most westerners have to get used to is they have no regard for lanes painted on the road. Typically three marked lanes of traffic becomes 5 or 6 lanes of moving cars with no regard for the painted lines, if a car is in a lane, its not intentional. Also the rules for right-of-way as westerners know them don't apply, in the middle east. The first car to a given spot is the one with the right of way regardless of other vehicles speed or direction. US military is not even allowed to drive in Egypt, its nuts.
Are there any photos of the Germany crash? I wonder if anyone has wrecked an E92 M3 at the 'ring yet.
