While I was completely miserable at my job and wanted so bad to just walk out with no notice, I couldn't do it that way. I did the correct thing and gave my 2 week notice. They definitely $hitted bricks and offered me a crap ton to stay but no dice. I still decided to take a pay cut for a job opening at a smaller company that I could have less work volume but be more interactive in all phases of the field of work. The company is hiring 3 people to replace me and I was able to semi train one of them before my last day today.
I look forward to the next chapter in my life!
