This is slightly OT, but has some price and availability data for the 1 series, and maybe the M3 data will be coming out soon.

On March 22, 2008, the all-new BMW 1 Series Coupes will go on sale in the US.

Base price for the 135i Coupe is $35,675. The 128i will be standardly equipped with a moonroof, automatic climate control, Dynamic Stability Control, multi-function steering wheel and 17" wheels!!! The 135i Coupe will have all the above plus the M Aerodynamic Kit, sports suspension, 18" wheels with performance tires, 6-piston high-performance brakes, Xenon Adaptive headlights and wood trim.

The online configurator should be available soon.
