I don't think spacers will help in the rear. To the contrary, I think they will make the situation worse, because the issue is outer, not inner, clearance. For example, a 5 mm spacer in the rear would effectively give you et 17. At that point, you risk the tire shredding the paint on your fenders, especially if you run something like an AD08 in 295.

I do believe you will need spacers on the front, however, in order to clear the KWs. In the case of your fronts, the problem is inner clearance on the springs/perches of the KWs. I think you will need at least a 3 mm spacer in the front and perhaps a 5 mm.

Yes, the 295/30-19 is a smaller overall diameter than 265/35-18, but the difference is not very significant. That said, this was one of the reasons I went with 18s, as I didn't like the idea of a thin, 30-profile tire in the rear. I much prefer the meatiness of 295/35 or 285/35, but then I drive in an area (downtown San Diego) with very poor roads.
