This guy knows what he's talking about. The less processed our food is typically the safer it is to eat. It is the FDA's job to ensure our food is safe to eat. As with any government agency they don't usually do a good job of that especially when big corporations are involved.
All of the FDA big-wigs used to be executives for those corporations. Monsanto, ConAgra, Pfizer etc. all send their boys to administrate the FDA and make the approval process quicker. That's also why you see all of these drugs being released which cause widespread problems in patients. The FDA tests they are supposed to undergo were either over too quickly or non-existent so that the product could come out faster and more money be made.
