From my experience they only change one and you have to cough up the cash for the other. If the opposite tire has a good amount of tread then I think you should be fine with changing just one.

If you buy need to buy another, I strongly suggest that you get it yourself and supply it to the dealer. They charged me $463 to change a single tire and install.
