I actually had a conversation with Joe Aquilante of Pheonix Perfomance Racing (GrandAm guys) this past weekend at NJMP about the car. I trust his opinion and he thoroughly enjoyed the car. So, I'm confident in the design, weld and strength. But thank you for the comments. I do appreciate them.

Is the cage mild steel? Mild steel allows for MIG. 4130 Chrome moly must be TIG welded for a cage.
