My family has one. The grip is ergonomic and the best I've tried. No issues with ammo to speak of and we have 1000+ rounds downrange with it. I'm impressed with the overall quality of the firearm as well - everything from the slides to the mag release button. I don't think you can go wrong with the M&P's.
