i would find out from them what the deal is with your production number. If they don't have an allocation, I would highly recommend you call some of the other dealers recommended on here, get your order in there and cancel with your dealer.
Without an allocation, there is no guarantee of a car. Normally this wouldn't be an issue -- you'd just get next year's model year and end up waiting a while for a slot to open. But with the production run ending for the E92, don't assume they'll do the right thing.
