OP make sure you keep this email from the seller as evidence. He made the mistake. You should not have to pay for it
"HI, I bought this broken Iphone 4 from you in order to fix mine but I just found out that the phone is slightly different from my Iphone 4S so the parts are different and they will not fit into my phone.
