If you're looking for a serious answer, go see an orthopedic spine surgeon. If you have a primary Dr, he should refer you (although you say you don't; getting an orthopedist to see you without having any insurance coverage is a whole other subject) If you have sharp pain radiating to your shoulder blades and to the back of your arms and to your finger tips, you might have herniated your C6-C7 disc but only an orthopedist would have to check this through an MRI. If you do have a herniation, depending on the size of the bulge and how tolerable you are to the pain, he might refer you to a physical therapist or a pain management specialist. If it really is a herniated disc, there isn't really a way to "heal" it but rather treat it and manage the pain.
