My WAG is something inside the parking brake drum has broken/come loose and is rattling around at low speeds. Anybody had a similar issue?
Does it happen while turning or going in a straight line? If it were something in the parking brake, pull it while driving to see if the noise changes. If it doesn't, it's NOT likely in the parking brake.
