Depends how far off it is. If your close is pretty close to stock is should already be close. If you've got the full interior...unnecessary. Since you did put on TCKlines...as long as your car has a similar height ratio from side to side and front to back as the stock suspension...it should be close optimal.
IMO, corner balancing is only necessary when you've added a lot of weight or took some off. Otherwise its a very fine tuning detail step.
I have removed about 300 lbs from my track car...so I will corner balance it.
