Well unless you are taking alot of time in between sets, to actually pay attention to the inspirational lyrics... you can't really keep it going...

It's about your heart rate staying up, fast paced... Try running listening to Citizen Cope "Let the drummer kick" I love the song but damn it's NOT made for the gym
