2 months...8 service attempts.. 1 regional engineer from ATL had to fly to New Orleans for a few days, 1 attorney, 2 people from BMWNA corporate...yeah it was a nightmare to get it resolved.. The car kept being misdiagnosed and wrong parts repaired. Its as good as new now. Every single part on it is new lol.
