Dynos need be used as validation of claims, as its expected on all hardware-based mods (pulleys, exhaust, superchargers, etc), why not expect the same criteria from software?
No tuner should be exempt from this. Before/after dynos are essential for turning those opinions into facts.
I'm amazed at the number of people claiming that an extra 10-15 hp is even noticeable.
