Went to ER, kept me hooked up and monitored overnight, I was shot up with irradiated isotopes and put on stress test to check for blockages, nothing found. Since that time, once I feel the onset of an attack coming on. I stop and breathe, go for a walk or drop the top and take a spin...
It really is all mental, in my case I was/am stressed because I have been out of work for 7 months and all that comes with that. Breathe... It really does help.
