There should be a little more grip considering the extra tire width. I have not run this set-up so I can not say from personal experience. I would expect to experience no noticeable change in normal driving; with some extra grip at the limit. It will look better and there should be no negative impact. Tons of people of gone this route. Again... you might want to do a search.
