No, changing wheels makes no difference to corner weighting adjustments.

Corner weighting is done to adjust suspension lengths so that they give an even cross corner footprint. Think of it as adjusting a tables leg lengths so that the table doesn't wobble due to one or two legs being too short.

In adjusting the lengths, you are trying to obtain equal cross corner weights (as said by bigjae) so the front left and rear right weights added together equal the front right and rear left.

The only way to change weight distribution is by physically moving weight around, and cannot be done by corner weighting.
