Also on what the other guy said, what is a "road force balance" ? Is it the same as High speed balance? Not following, but I do need them to fix this vibration issue.
There are different types of balancing machines. Expensive shops usually have better equipment which might include a road force balancer. I never got to use one when I was in the business so don't really know exactly how they work scientifically but my understanding is that they are supposed to apply resistance/pressure on the tire/wheel while balancing the set. It's supposed to simulate driving situations I guess.
