The deal didn't seem right - I'm glad I'm not crazy. I called a couple dealers that showed stock online (Las Vegas/Utah) -- and both had MUCH more reasonable deals before even attempting any negotiation.
I'm going to run from this deal - but before I tell North Scottsdale to pound sand - I may try to talk to a different sales person and see if they can make a reasonable offer. Part of me wants to tell the dealership off after the back-and-forth I've had today. On top of the high pricing, I couldn't get any actual number details (final sales price, lease turn in expense, money factor, etc.) beyond the monthly cost/drive off costs even after asking repeatedly.
Really frustrating experience.
