In 100 degree temps, on hard city/freeway driving I typically don't let the revs fall below 6k and keep it pinned to redline as much as possible on the freeway for pure fun! Runs at 255 all day long in summer and never had a problem. It sometimes goes to 265 but again no problems and continued to pull just as strong.
210 is cool.
Also open the hood when you turn the car off and come back 30 mins later and you will realize how fast this engine cools off. If you start your car again its almost dead cold. This is much faster cooling than any other engine so you know its very efficient at dissipating heat
