$5k for all 4 rotors? If so, then they have halved in price since I last heard (which was out at the GM proving grounds when they were testing a ZR-1 before production began). If you consider that these disks will last the life of the car, provided you change the pads when necessary, they could save you from some expensive rotor replacements when you have slotted or drilled steel rotors.
