60k is a little much in my opinion for an 09 M3. I would personally get a stock 09 M3 for 40k and use the extra 20k for mods I like. I never really saw the appeal of Dinan parts, there are much better aftermarket parts out there for a lower price. But if you really want a Dinan M3 with the Dinan motor than get it, not too many M's have that. A ton of money seems to have been poured into it as well.
