So I was pumped to add it to my protein shake that I always have on my lunch break! I paired my shake with an egg white and some canned tuna in water. If any one has tried L-Carnitine let me know if you have had any positive results with it. I'm taking a about two grams a day of it, one gram in each shake I drink. Which is one for breakfast and one for lunch. I'm hoping it will improve my performance in the gym and help to shread off some belly fat.
