it's weird to me that only a very few think that i should be (potentially) upset by discovering this detail. 1 previous owner or 2? That's a big deal - right?
i think that the fact that the seller was a "she" and not a "he" has skewed everyone's perception here.
In any event, the car is been heavily modded. I seriously doubt that the dealer who refuses to update the ECU to 240E under the warranty (but offer to do it for $330
) would honor that same warranty once discovering, e.g., pulley, tune, etc.
So no, not really excited about the CPO warranty that expires in April on a heavily modified M3.
