You're fine. Do lots of stop-go traffic when you can and try to stay away from maintaining a constant engine speed (R.E. - cruising on the freeway at 3K rpm)
You just need to "load" the engine as often as you can - this doesn't, however, mean jamming it to 8K rpm. A little acceleration, staying one gear lower than usual maybe....really depends on how you drive too. When I got my car I did the above process.....occasionally drove it hard, once or 3 times
But always had "loading" in mind. This creates the pressure talked about, in previous posts, that will seal the piston rings properly.
They say too that the break-in isn't hinged directly on just the engine. It's all the rubber bushings, suspension, etc. that have to "set" properly....although i don't know how much truth there is to that...
