I got the Matte Charcoal carbon fiber fabric from PYSPEED.com which came out to $40+ for a yard. I used very little for the interior in my m3. there is about 3/4 of a yard left and there is more than enough left to do another car or two.
This is the same fabric that matches the carbon fiber interior in the e92 m3's.
