I received two maps in an email. They are a .mod file. You just plug in the cable to your OBDII to your USB, turn the car on (eng off), open iFlash BMW (downloadable) and upload the file. Takes about 3 min to load onto the car. Restart the car, disconnect everything, and start driving.
I'm not sure if there is a mac version.
