You know it so depends on the spring rates you chose for your kit. If you are using OEM dampers and you go with one of the softer rear springs I think you would be hard pressed to feel a stiffer ride. Most people don't realize this but your ride is usually dictated by the rear springs not the front. I would choose a GC sleeve kit over a H&R springs only any day of the week.
