What was your technique for separating the F10 boot from the knob?
It would be nice if the F10 knob was recessed on the bottom (under the trim ring) to conceal the mating to the IND boot. If possible, can you provide a close-up pic of the knob/boot transition?

I just installed this scenario yesterday. It is well glued but it will eventually break free. Take your time so you don't end up damaging the knob.
