265/35 Rear with 265/30 Front

Would it be crazy to try a 265/35 rear with 265/30 front?

I've had the Yoko AD08 265/30 295/30 setup on my car for the past year which I've been really happy with. Last week I needed to replace the rears and I decided to give the Michelin PSS a try. Once they were installed I noticed they were even bigger than the AD08s. They're rubbing more than the AD08s did and visually they're just a little too big for my taste. I really wish they offered a 285/30 PSS.

I was thinking about trading in the 295/30 rears for a set of 265/35s and running them with the 265/30 fronts already on there for a while. It would be more or less a square setup and it's 3 pounds lighter per tire. Has anyone else tried this? I couldn't find anyone who has.
