APE Performance equals Bad News, stay away from them.

I made a huge mistake by ordering a Gloss Black M3 badge from APE Performance. They won't respond to any of my emails or return any of my phone calls. I waited a few weeks for the badge before I did anything, but by that time PayPal said it was too late to dispute it. I am out $40.00 and that's not the biggest deal to me, but it's the principle of the matter and it's quite frustrating. I'd love to hear some opinions if anyone has an idea of what I should do next?
