Once Fans/Supporters have turned into people who hate their service. How tides can turn so very easily. They probably think no responding is the best thing to do to let this cool down.
Is not going to cool down because more members are coming forward with their past experiences with this vendor. Obviously they don't care about their customers so why should we care abouth them. I see them running out of business if they continue this type of horrible service and not fix the issues at hand.
