There are people who are in the management chain. Dealership manager. Regional manager. National manager. Just because it's owned by a corporation doesn't mean there is no one to talk to. Get the addresses of the managers in the chain of command and FedEx them each a letter (on your professional letterhead if you have one) about the situation. You will get noticed.
