Those things are specifically NOT transferable via private party sale. So, yes, the kit being sold by roman is a damn good deal, but it shouldn't be used as a comparison to others.
If you're really on the market....buy the kit roman is selling, deals like that are rare.

Apples to oranges? One kit is 600hp and the other is 625. Thats the only apples to oranges. Part of selling a product is market evaluation no matter if ur competition is oem, Jesus, or your neighbor. I fail to see how a kit offered from a different seller makes it an apples to oranges comparison to the buyer. Ask yourself this question if you were buying right now. My point is clear.
