Never exercise prior going to bed coz you will never fall asleep because you will have an adrenaline surge as a result of that. It's like taking an M3 on a race and expecting it to cool down afterwards in half an hour.
I am always able to sleep after a nice workout. Granted I don't go straight home and right to bed, maybe an hour after I get home and I can pass out like a champ and I take preworkout stims too.
