OP, this has been going on for a minute now. I hope this gets resolved in your favor soon.

PYSpeed should have taken care of this for you since you purchased through them. Analagous to buying clothing that's cut irregularly. You take that piece back to the store for service. The store doesn't turn around and have you take care of the issue directly with the manufacturer.
