So at the end of the day. The following parts were replaced because the axel could not be removed from the knuckle:

33-41-6-762-321 Angular Contact Ball Bearing
33-41-1-133-785 Collar nut
07-11-9-934-755 Lock Ring
33-41-2-283-020 Drive Flange Hub ($136.58)
33-30-2-283-541 Whell Carrier, Rear Left ($662)
33-21-2-283-457 RMFD-Output Shaft, Left ($593)
34-21-2-283-253 Protection Plate Left
34-21-2-283-275 Supporting Ring Brake shoe
07-11-9-904-511 Hex Bold with washer

Total parts was $1531.44; Total labor was $924; Total Price $2455.44; I paid $158.67 thanks to the Carmax extended warranty. Would've only been $320 to replace the wheel bearing if they could've taken the hub off.
