Thats what is special about this edition, and the fact that you will probably never see another one on the road very soon.
You have a good point, but the counter point is, no one should be paying sticker for a regular M3. You can get them for $600 over invoice or even less if you're a repeat customer since there's a $1,000 credit available there.
You'd be lucky to get any Edition cars for MSRP since most dealers will have a "market adjustment" tacked onto the price.

But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."
