Okay almost 3 months into this, an update:
- Can bench max 245lbs, 3 sets of 5-6 each set, best record
- Doing much cardio, body rock, P90 type moves to target stubborn fat
- Still keeping very good nutritional diet
- hitting legs hard
2 more months of lean down then bulk up starts. Goal is 165 lbs by next Summer which is 12 more lbs of lean muscle.
